She is an active member of the community, having done extensive work with the Girl Scouts, and devotes much of her time to helping others.

Beverly (Bettina) Sarich has been a Dutchess County resident her entire life. She graduated from local schools. She has a total of 35 years of experience with government agencies such as the New York State Department of Labor, where she found employment for job seekers by researching job listings from employers. Satisfying customers as well as employers has always been very gratifying for Beverly. Most recently, Beverly, who is also a licensed Notary Public, worked with the New York State Department of Correctional Services, handling legal information. Beverly is now eager to satisfy the real estate needs of customers of Mid Hudson Realty by combining her positive experience with people and her ability to match necessary requirements with available resources.

Born and raised in Beacon, John Stella has lived in the Mid-Hudson Valley his entire life. He graduated from local schools and completed a successful career with a large area corporation where he achieved the position of Senior Plans and Controls Manager. In that capacity, he used his skills in finance and strategic planning to ensure proper expenditures of funds in conjunction with planning for success. This experience has allowed John to be a formidable negotiator.

Community involvement has been a part of John’s life for over forty years. This includes positions as an active volunteer in the Beacon Fire Department, a volunteer varsity football coach at Beacon High School, a member of the Property Review Board of the City of Beacon, a former member and vice president of the Beacon Board of Education, a charter member of the Beacon Pop Warner Youth Football League, and the secretary of the Beacon Memorial Committee.

John is an experienced real estate salesperson with knowledge in all aspects of real estate including sale of new construction, older homes and land. Committed to providing customers with excellent service, he devotes himself to fulfilling their real estate goals.
