Listed below are the terms
used to indicate the status
of a property listed for sale

Active
Signifies a property that is currently for sale.

Conditional Contract
Refers to an Active listing where contracts
are signed by both parties with contingency.
( i.e., mortgage approval, inspection)

Pending
Refers to a listing for which
a sales contract has been signed
and is awaiting closing.

Sold/Rented
Transaction is completed:
title passes or lease was executed.
